Meeting the Highest Level of Need

Some youth require more than care—they require deep understanding, specialized support, and a team fully equipped to meet them where they are. That is the heart of our Enhanced Intensive Services Foster Care (EISFC) program.

Designed for youth with complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs, EISFC provides an elevated level of care that goes beyond traditional foster services. Through highly trained resource parents, intensive support systems, and close collaboration with mental health professionals, we create environments where even the most vulnerable youth can begin to stabilize, heal, and grow.

What sets THMFFA apart is our capacity and commitment to say “yes” when others cannot. We are proud to be one of the few agencies in Southern California equipped to support youth with the highest levels of need—those who often face the greatest barriers to placement and stability.
