Transitional Housing (THP)
Building What Comes Next
As youth step into adulthood, the need for guidance, stability, and real-world preparation becomes more critical than ever. Our Transitional Housing Program (THP) is designed to meet that moment—supporting young adults ages 18–21 as they take the next steps toward independence.
At THMFFA, THP is more than housing—it’s a foundation for the future. Youth are provided with safe, stable living environments while receiving hands-on support in building the skills needed to navigate adulthood with confidence. From employment and education to financial literacy and daily living, every aspect of the program is centered on preparing youth for long-term success.
What makes our THP program unique is the level of intentional support behind it. Our team works closely with each young adult, offering guidance, accountability, and encouragement as they set goals and build their path forward. Youth are not expected to figure it out alone—they are surrounded by a team that believes in their potential and is committed to helping them succeed.
We witness powerful transformations every day. Young adults who once faced uncertainty begin to find direction, build stability, and step into independence with confidence and purpose.
Through THP, we are not just supporting the transition out of care—we are helping shape what comes next.
